We may refuse to proceed for a refund if we judge that we are able to fix the issue for you.

Excluded from refunds :

  • Missing channel
  • HD & 4K quality
  • Temporarily buffering
  • Temporarily not working channels
  • EPG missing/ wrong
  • Not able to setup our services
  • Internet with a speed below 20 Mb / s
  • IPTV data blocked by your Internet Service Provider.
